Changing
Tides is a unique needleART quilt and gift shop, now located in the
heart of historic downtown Juneau. Established in 1994, it was the
first comprehensive needlework shop to open its doors to the cruise
ship industry and local community in Skagway, Alaska.
In 2005,
we moved our shop to downtown Juneau, in the Senate Mall Building.
We personally design quilt patterns and fabric panels for many
Alaskan artist including Barbara Lavallee and Jon Van Zyle. They
will premiere on our site in the next month or so.
Although
we are only offering a “taste of Alaska” on our website. we have one
of the largest selections of Alaskan quilting patterns, cross-stitch
and needlepoint designs in the state.
We are also a gift shop…with “Made in Alaska” items, cookbooks,
cards, jewelry and more…
